By accessing or using RestorePixels ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

  • • By creating an account, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • • Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these Terms

2. Service Description

RestorePixels is an AI-powered photo restoration service that enhances and repairs damaged, old, or faded photographs.

Service Features:

  • • AI-powered photo restoration and enhancement
  • • Support for JPG and PNG formats (max 100MB per image)
  • • Credit-based pricing system (1 credit = 1 photo restoration)
  • • Secure user accounts with authentication
  • • Download access for restored images (limited time)
  • • Processing history and credit management

3. Account Requirements

Account Creation

  • • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • • You must verify your email address
  • • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent our policies

Account Security

  • • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • • We may suspend accounts that show suspicious activity

4. Credits System and Payment

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All credit transactions are final. Please read this section carefully.

Credit System Rules

  • • 1 Credit = 1 Photo Restoration: Each restoration consumes exactly one credit
  • • Credits Never Expire: Purchased credits remain in your account indefinitely
  • • No Partial Credits: Credits are consumed as whole units only
  • • Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • • No Cash Value: Credits have no monetary redemption value

Payment Terms

  • • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • • Payment is required before processing any restoration job
  • • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • • You authorize us to charge your payment method for credit purchases
  • • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Credit Consumption Policy

  • • Credits are consumed immediately when you submit a photo for restoration
  • • Processing failures: Credits will be refunded only for technical failures on our end
  • • User errors: No credit refunds for wrong uploads, changed mind, or user mistakes
  • • Unsatisfactory results: Credits are not refunded based on subjective quality preferences
  • • Image quality limits: We cannot guarantee results for severely damaged or low-quality source images

5. Image Processing and Storage

🚨 CRITICAL: Restored photos are automatically deleted after 2 days and cannot be recovered.

Image Storage Policy

  • • Original Images: Deleted within 48 hours after processing
  • • Restored Images: Available for download for exactly 48 hours (2 days)
  • • Automatic Deletion: All images are permanently deleted after expiry
  • • No Recovery: Deleted images cannot be recovered under any circumstances
  • • Download Responsibility: You are solely responsible for downloading your restored images

Processing Requirements

  • • File Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG only
  • • File Size: Maximum 100MB per image
  • • Processing Time: Typically 2-10 minutes (may vary)
  • • Quality: Results depend on source image quality and damage level
  • • Limitations: Severe damage or extremely low resolution may not restore well

6. User Responsibilities

Your Obligations

  • • Legal Rights: You must own or have rights to all uploaded images
  • • Download Promptly: Download restored images within 2 days
  • • Backup Responsibility: Maintain your own backups of important images
  • • Account Security: Protect your account credentials
  • • Truthful Information: Provide accurate account information
  • • Compliance: Follow all applicable laws and regulations

Content Standards

  • • Upload only appropriate, legal content
  • • Respect intellectual property rights
  • • Do not upload copyrighted material without permission
  • • Report any technical issues promptly

7. Prohibited Uses

🚫 Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

You may NOT use our Service to:

  • • Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • • Violate any laws or regulations
  • • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • • Upload images of people without their consent
  • • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology
  • • Use automated tools to access our service
  • • Create fake or duplicate accounts
  • • Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or bypass security
  • • Interfere with other users' access to the service
  • • Use the service for commercial redistribution without permission
  • • Upload content containing malware or viruses
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

🚫 PORNOGRAPHIC CONTENT STRICTLY PROHIBITED

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content is absolutely forbidden.

Important: If you upload pornographic images:

  • • Your credit WILL be consumed immediately
  • • The image will NOT be processed or restored
  • • No refund will be provided
  • • Your account may be immediately terminated
  • • Legal action may be taken for severe violations

Our AI systems automatically detect and flag inappropriate content. Do not attempt to circumvent these protections.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • • You retain ownership of your original images
  • • You own the restored versions of your images
  • • You grant us temporary rights to process your images
  • • We do not claim ownership of your content

Our Service

  • • RestorePixels service, technology, and AI models are our property
  • • You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology
  • • Our trademarks and branding are protected
  • • You receive a limited license to use our service only

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Disclaimers

  • • As-Is Service: The service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • • No Guarantee: We cannot guarantee specific restoration results
  • • AI Limitations: AI technology has inherent limitations and may not work perfectly
  • • Availability: Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues
  • • Data Loss: We are not liable for data loss due to automatic deletion policies

Limitation of Liability

  • • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits
  • • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • • We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • • Maximum liability per incident: the cost of credits used for that incident

10. Refund Policy

🚫 NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. Read our strict refund policy below.

No Refund Policy

All credit purchases and restorations are final. We do not provide refunds except in very limited circumstances:

NO REFUNDS for:
  • • Pornographic or inappropriate content uploads
  • • Unsatisfactory restoration results
  • • User mistakes (wrong image uploaded, changed mind, etc.)
  • • Images that don't restore well due to quality/damage
  • • Failure to download images before 2-day expiry
  • • Credits purchased but not used
  • • Dissatisfaction with AI processing capabilities
  • • Accidental credit consumption
REFUNDS ONLY for:
  • • Technical failures on our end that prevent processing
  • • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • • Service unavailability for extended periods (48+ hours)

Before You Purchase

  • • Test with low-cost packages to understand our service quality
  • • Review examples on our website to set appropriate expectations
  • • Understand limitations: AI cannot work miracles on severely damaged images
  • • Check file requirements: Ensure your images meet our specifications
  • • Plan your downloads: You have only 2 days to download results

11. Account Termination

Your Right to Terminate

  • • You may delete your account at any time
  • • Unused credits will be forfeited upon account deletion
  • • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
  • • You must download any important files before deletion

Our Right to Terminate

  • • We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • • Immediate termination for serious violations (illegal content, abuse)
  • • Warning followed by termination for minor violations
  • • No refunds for terminated accounts due to violations
  • • We may terminate inactive accounts after 3 years

12. Changes to Terms

Updates and Modifications

  • • We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements
  • • Material changes will be communicated via email and website notice
  • • Changes become effective 30 days after notification
  • • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • • If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the service

13. Governing Law

  • • RestorePixels operates in the US and Europe
  • • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
  • • Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom
  • • If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect
  • • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us
